Barry is the full time Pastor at Southview Christian Church. In addition, he helps lead the James 1:22 Ministries.
Barry believes ministry is ALL ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS.
Showing grace to all people, Barry strives to show God's love to his neighbors through outreach, service and attitude. It's not always easy, but he does his best to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.
"God does not call the equipped,
but equips the called."
Barry has been married for 26 years to his lovely wife, Megan. They have one son, Isaac, who is in the 12th grade. As a family they are committed to ministry and serving the Lord wherever He calls.
Barry loves to fish, golf, drive his tractor, eat pizza and watch sports of any kind. What brings him the greatest joy in life? Time with family, ministering to youth and serving the community... and nachos... a big plate of nachos.
Barry would love to talk with you, maybe over coffee, on the golf course, in a boat fishing, or anywhere you want to chat. Just call or text him:

PASTOR BARRY WATTS

Spencer is a young man originally from Kearney, Nebraska. He is currently finishing his Christian Ministries degree from Liberty University, after spending time at Manhattan Christian College. Spencer is a pastor's kid, and has grown up emersed in ministry. After high school he has continued a life of serving others through ministries such as: LeaderTreks, Crossroads International, and helping with youth activities and camps.
Spencer believes ministry is an attitude and involves the action of serving and caring for others. He strives to show God’s love through service, evangelism, and Bible studies. He knows ministry is not what it always seems, but he believes the Lord will provide, and that the Holy Spirit will guide his steps. His favorite verse is:
"And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased." Hebrews 13:16
Spencer is engaged and plans to get married May 30, 2026 to Alison, the love of his life. The two of them plan to live out Matthew 28:19 together, bringing men and women to know the Lord. And then there is Lucy, Spencer's adorable dog who loves attention... really loves attention... all the time!
Spencer loves playing and watching sports, fishing, golfing, fellowshipping, studying the Bible and teaching. Spencer is dedicated to ministry and loves serving and watching others grow closer to the Lord. Family is something he holds dear, both his biological family and church family. Spencer loves all types of music with one exception - the kind of music that just SCREAMS OFF THE TOP OF THEIR LUNGS FOR NO REASON AT ALL, BESIDES TO JUST BUST YOUR EARDRUM! Otherwise, he loves music and always appreciates suggestions.
If you have any questions, or want to know more about this amazing young man, email Spencer at james1youth@gmail.com.
